Throughout the year, Studio Asana offers a variety of workshops, in the Studio in Amsterdam as well as in Silves.
In addition, Studio Asana organizes the yearly Vijñāna Yoga Retreat with Orit Sen-Gupta, on a nice country location.

In Silves, Teresa also teaches regular workshops for Portuguese yoga teachers and students.
