Health actually means that all parts of the body, the anatomical, physiological and psychological systems, are in balance with each other so that the whole functions optimally.

In everyday life this is actually not the case. Modern society brings about problems that have an important affect on these aspects. Health is sacrificed for the sake of convenience and speed.

Sedentary lifestyle is the cause of, for example, back pain, neck problems, ambulatory difficulties. Emotional problems lead to complaints such stress, sleeplessness, digestive and respiratory problems.

If we don't manage to achieve some balance, the quality of life is threatened.
