Sedentary lifestyle is the cause of, for example, back pain, neck problems, ambulatory difficulties. Emotional problems lead to complaints such stress, sleeplessness, digestive and respiratory problems.

Studio Asana offers private classes for people with physical complaints. The symptoms dealt with include back and hip problems, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, headache, nausea, tinnitus, knee problems, joint complaints and arthritis.

How the program works:
- in the first appointment the problems are analyzed in detail
- an individual practice program is developed. This program is done once per week under guidance of the teachers where the asanas (exercises) are outlined in detail. It is important that the individual is self motivated, feels what he/she is doing and eventually can practice independently.
- a simplified home practice program is given out.
- after a while there is an evaluation and advice about further action.
Private class
Private classes are for those who need a more personal approach to get started with yoga, or to overcome difficulties with asanas or other aspects of yoga.
