Beginners class
For people who have never done yoga before or who wish to practice the basics of yoga at an easy pace.

General class
For those who know the basic principles of yoga and want to also explore the advanced postures.

50+ class
A lighter class with soft stretching, strengthening and relaxation exercises.

Yoga cycle (Mon-Fri)
Weekday classes follow the yoga cycle:

standing postures
balancings
backbending
sitting postures
forward bending

The cycle shifts each week, so that those who come on the same day each week also benefit from the variation offered by the yoga cycle.
